Along with the high standards of safety we always deliver. We have made some additional changes to our normal passenger procedures. We would like to give you further assurances on how we are continuing our operations so you travel with ease and peace of mind.
Boarding safely
We'll be boarding you as soon as you arrive, greeting you with a wave and a smile. No waiting in lounges, and no physical contact.
Luggage, loaded
Leave your luggage in your vehicle, or on the ground, and our handling partners will load this onto the aircraft for you.
Use of facemasks
To keep you safe, staff will be wearing masks at all times. Please come prepared with your own personal mask.
Keeping distance
Stay at a safe distance of two metres throughout your journey. We'll also seat you in the aircraft with social distancing in mind.
Extra hygiene
You'll notice extra waste facilities onboard for personal disposal. Additional hand sanitising stations will also be available.
Ending your journey
When we land, our team will need to finish some final checks before you can disembark. This may take longer than usual.
Strict cleaning
After every journey, aircraft undergo a thorough deep cleaning process. Paying particular attention to high-touch point areas for passengers.
Safe crew
Our crew have all adhered to local travel restrictions and regulations. We are fully aware of their previously visited destinations and contact tracing.
Improved training
We have used this time to provide all our crew with mandatory training concerning pandemic response and infection control.
